I feed my 2 cats a little Catsip every morning. We recently got a dog, too, who regularly finished the drops of Catsip left in the cats’ bowls. She now also gets a little Catsip every morning in her own dish. All three of them come running downstairs when they hear the refrigerator door open in the morning to get their morning ‘treat’. Our Shih Tzu stopped eating and drinking for 8 days following constant vomiting. The vet hydrated him twice with an IV, yet he still could not even keep water down. We were giving up when we gave our cats their Catsip and Gizmo (the dog) took two sips. He kept it down and throughout the day we gave him small amounts. By the next day he could drink a small bowl and by day eleven he started eating and drinking normally again. I really believe that the Catsip saved his life!
